Job Description
  • Process facilitation to the aligned verticals
  • Conduct White Belt/ Yellow belt trainings
  • Prepare content for Quality related trainings/workshops
  • Communicate effectively internally with all the teams
  • Give inputs in terms of reports analysis
  • Follow up for customer complaints/audit closures
  • Work towards implementation of continuous improvement project
  • Compile and maintain ISO documentation
  • Contribute in process/ISO audits
Desired skills and experience
  • Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree from any stream
  • Experience: 3-4 years
  • Certifications: Atleast trained/certified in six sigma green belt is mandatory (Yellow belt also might be considered in case of relevant project experience)
  • Hands-on experience in process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to work and to take work related decisions independently
  • Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, strong analytical and logical reasoning ability
  • Technical Skill: MS Office knowledge; especially in excel and power point, etc.
