Job Description
  • Process facilitation to the aligned verticals
  • Ensure process documentation is available for all entities
  • Arrange team-wise Defects Management Workshop for operations team
  • Communicate effectively with ISO consultants/certifying body
  • Conduct internal audits as per the schedule for both the ISO standards (QMS and ISMS)
  • Providing analysis of the reports
  • Monitor customer feedbacks and follow up with operations for closures
  • Publish weekly/monthly accuracy reports to operations
  • Identify continuous improvement scope in the organization and work towards implementation
  • Conduct quality related trainings whenever required for operations and QC teams
  • Mentoring and guiding juniors, brainstorming on quality analysis
Desired skills and experience
  • Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree from any stream
  • Experience: 4-6 years
  • Certifications: Atleast trained/certified in six sigma green belt is mandatory
  • Work Experience in process improvement initiatives/projects
  • Ability to work and to take work related decisions independently
  • Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, people management, self-motivated, strong analytical and logical reasoning ability
  • Technical Skill: MS Office knowledge, Good excel skills (pivot tables, charts, functions, vlookup, etc.), e-mail applications
